The Smartbud is only to be used to remove soft wax and loose debris. If you have hard wax or debris that is lodged in place then do not attempt to remove with the Smartbud and instead please seek medical assistance. For a better user experience, we recommend replacing the ear tip every 2-3 months (this can be adjusted according to the frequency of use) I think my product is faulty, what is your policy?

Love love love! Didn’t realise how bad my skin was!! Since buying the smart bud I use it all the time only bad thing is I’m slightly addicted 😂 but my skin has improved so much. The tip that is already on the device may have become loose when in transit to you so please ensure the tip is securely attached to the device before use. Failure to do so may result in the tip becoming loose whilst in use.My smartbud x3 was working okay on my Samsung galaxy s20 okay,now got s23 now it won't work tried everything still not working, says no WiFi network, when it's on any help would be great full. If you struggle with ear wax or have had to have your ears syringed previously this little gadget is amazing. had an issue with the parcel, because I couldn't find it after has been delivered. The Smartbud support was touché, trying to assist me along the parcel searching. I eventually found it at my company, hidden by an employee, but not having bad intentions.
