They looked calm yet had a firmness about them. They didn’t say a word to the man but began to beam a bright orange light from their third eyes. They directed the light to his sacral region. Now, it is clear to me that strong evidence is required when we make very specific claims that have the potential to impact the life of a person in significant need.

The law of attraction exercises I had been practicing until this point had certainly put me on the path of ‘conscious manifestation.’ However, ‘Notes From The Universe’ helped me take the law of attraction to a whole new level. It helped me develop a personal connection with the Universe. Every time I read the book, I felt like I was actually conversing and laughing along with the Universe. I had loads of fun manifesting the life I dreamt of!I was casually strolling through a bookstore with no intention of buying a book, when one particular book caught my attention – ‘Notes From The Universe’ by Mike Dooley! There is beauty and value on both sides of the coin. In the context of this book, the two sides are Energy Healing & Modern Medcine. The time we spent together was brief. I wish things had been different. I wish I could have held you and nurtured you. To some extent, I am able to intuitively decipher the reason behind this seemingly unfortunate incident but I have not found all the pieces of the puzzle yet. It feels like there are way too many pieces and I am waiting for all of them to fit together and reveal the complete picture to me. I explored several self-help tools and techniques to support myself – handwriting analysis, gemology, meditation, dance therapy, and law of attraction studies. I benefitted in different ways from each of them and am grateful for the role they played in helping me create a refreshing new life.

I began walking the path of unconditional love in 2018. It deepened when I co-authored the book ‘When Spirit Meets Science’ with my husband Suraj in 2019. While Suraj had mastered unconditional love, I still had more work to do. Those who receive Reiki or any other form of energy healing, know that something shifts within them – physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually – and such shifts cannot always be explained logically.Thank you for supporting my creative power and creations and for cheering me on to become better and better. Human intelligence can take on a whole new definition. EQ receives as much importance as IQ. Apart from applying our classical intelligence to create breakthroughs in the outer world, we also nurture our emotional intelligence and create many inner breakthroughs. We may go deeper into our human experience and live life more fully. Considering that this show has its roots in western culture, some aspects of it may not appeal to the sensibilities of an eastern audience. The God said to the man, “The Light cleared the sexual garbage in your sacral and empowered you to rise to a higher vibration – one where you could see a woman through totally different eyes. You will now go your way and pass on your learning to others in need. Teach them to purify and master their sexual energy for the greater good and to harness it NOT like a demon, but like a God in partnership with Goddess.”

Love is always unconditional. Such is the nature of love. Conditional love is our erroneous creation.’ Healing sciences may become more holistic and focus on healing body, mind, and soul. For instance, modern medicine is rooted in the science of evidence based practice. This brings structure, strength, and precision to modern medical treatments. Intuitive therapies like Reiki focus more on going with the flow and staying flexible. This brings in subtler elements of softness and self-care to help maintain overall well being. I often recall times when popping paracetamol brought down a viral fever and helped me feel comfortable, while Reiki helped me relax deeply and give myself space and time to heal.

The Goddess said- “Very good! Because in the new paradigm, that’s how women and men will feel in the presence of one another. And you both just got a glimpse of it.” Here’s a peek into Part 1 of this book. The chapter titles below give a fair idea of how our journey unfolded and of how we managed to blend two contrasting paths into one. All the turbulence I had to confront right from childhood feels worth it, considering where it brought me.
