The superb design also allows it to fit around a pressure barrel to aid the start of the secondary fermentation. Heat belt heaters are adjustable and can be set to the desired temperature range for optimal fermentation for this you just move the heater up or down, Down for more heat, higher for less heat for your home brew. Suitable particularly for glass demijohns and can be used in larger fermenting vessels such as our 25L vessel but is a little awkward to get the cable in/out.
