SoundPEATS TrueAir2 ถือเป็นหนึ่งในหูฟัง True Wireless ทรง Earbuds ที่ได้รับความนิยมสูงสุด และยังเป็นหูฟังที่มีคนเรียกร้องการรีวิวมามากที่สุดด้วย โดยรุ่นนี้นะครับ ได้รับการอัปเกรดขึ้นจากรุ่น TrueAir ที่เป็นรุ่นแรกค่อนข้างมากครับ ซึ่งต้องยอมรับเลยว่า มาคราวนี้อัดแน่นด้วยสเปกที่ไม่ธรรมดาเลยจริง ๆ ทั้ง ชิปเซ็ตตัวใหม่ ที่ให้รายละเอียดเสียงที่มากขึ้น พร้อมมีเสียงที่ทรงพลัง การเชื่อมต่อด้วย Bluetooth 5.2 ที่นิ่ง เสถียรขึ้นกว่าเดิม แถมยังประหยัดแบตฯ ได้ดีขึ้นด้วย รวมถึง ไมโครโฟนที่รองรับการสนทนาได้อย่างคมชัด จนเรียกได้ว่า มีฟังก์ชันที่ครบครันไม่แพ้ หูฟังไร้สายจากแบรนด์ใหญ่ที่มี ราคาหลักพันเลย LED ที่ใช้แสดงสถานะต่าง ๆ บนเคสชาร์จจะมีอยู่ 2 ดวงครับ ซึ่งดวงแรกจะอยู่ภานนอก ข้าง ๆ พอร์ต Type-C แสดงถึงสถานะการชาร์จตัวเคส หากกำลังชาร์จ ไฟตรงนี้จะเป็นสีแดงครับ แต่เมื่อไหร่ที่แบตฯ เคสเต็มแล้ว ไฟตรงจุดนี้ ก็จะดับไปเองส่วนการบอกปริมาณแบตฯ คงเหลือยังคงใช้ไฟ LED 1 ดวง ซึ่งส่วนตัวมองว่าค่อนข้างยุ่งยากครับ โดยเฉพาะรุ่น MAC ที่เราได้รีวิวไปก่อนหน้านี้ แต่รุ่น TrueAir2 นี้ดูง่ายขึ้นมากครับ เพราะใช้สีของไฟเป็นตัวบอก โดยไฟจะอยู่ภายในเคส ระหว่างหูฟังทั้ง 2 ข้าง เมื่อเราเปิดฝาเคสออกก่อน ไฟสถานะนี้ก็จะติดขึ้นมาอัตโนมัติครับ ซึ่งแต่ละสีมีความหมายดังต่อไปนี้ Voice assistant สิ่งนี้จะทำให้เราใช้งานได้ง่ายขึ้นมากครับ โดยที่ไม่ต้องหยับอุปกรณ์จากที่เชื่อมต่ออยู่มาเลย นอกจากนี้ด้วยซีดีไซน์แบบก้าน ที่ค่อนข้างยาว ทำให้เวลาเราจะถอดหูฟังเราสามารถจับที่ก้านได้ ช่วยป้องกันมือของเราไม่เผลอไปโดดปุ่มสัมผัส นับเป็นจุดเล็ก ๆ ที่น่ารำคาญ เทคโนโลยีที่ล้ำสมัย ให้คุณสัมผัสเสียงที่สมบูรณ์แบบ อักแน่นด้วยเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง มอบเสียงที่น่าประทับใจ The SoundPEATS TrueAir2 uses a touch panel control to navigate and control its function. However, it's still far from perfect despite how good the sound quality of the TrueAir2 is. One anomaly I did notice is that the sound quality is markedly different between the A2DP profile and the HFP profile. Some difference is normal due to the different specifications of the profiles (a limitation of how Bluetooth works and not specific to this unit), however, the difference seemed to be more than I've experienced with other Bluetooth headsets - in particular, the sound quality on HFP profile (phone calls) sounded noticeably muffled compared to the A2DP profile and compared to the HFP profile of other headsets. It was noticeable, but not significant enough to impede a lengthy phone call. In good news, the microphone quality appears to be good, and my callers had no problems hearing me.

Compared to its predecessor, the TrueAir2 seems to have a slightly different design with its slightly off angled ear piece section. The TrueBuds are extremely comfortable, very lightweight and they just sit effortlessly in your ear and never feel lke they are going to fall out. Jogging with these (IPX5 which is fine) they are amazing. I honestly didn't think I would like these as much as I do, they don't move whilst jogging and as these don't have the rubber earbud plug thing, I thought I wouldn't like these as much as they wouldn't provide the passive noise-cancelling effect like most of the other SoundPeats designs do. I was so wrong. I actually really like the fact that I can clearly hear people talking to me without the need to completely remove the buds. Just tune the volume down a bit and you can hear the other person completely fine. If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low.
