About this deal

Turns out there might exist a heart under this tough stone cold exterior that hands out lit matches to every other book she reads. This book helped me avoid my incoming slump. though i need more from the ending but overall i had fun! buddy read with chaya and julia! {*coughs* sorry for reading in advance eheh} And God, a light breeze could turn this girl on. Here are some examples of things that spur Bailey into fantasizing in public: The ‘ Approximately Equal to‘ sign or symbol does not have a dedicated key on the keyboard. However, if you are using a Windows PC, you can easily type this symbol using the Alt Numpad input method also known as the Alt code method. You can do this by pressing and holding the Alt key while typing the number ( 247) that identifies the Approximately Equal symbol on the numeric keypad.

Alex, Approximately by Jenn Bennett | Waterstones

If you like the concept of letter-writing romance (or in this case, instant message), then, of course, you might want to watch You’ve Got Mail. Otherwise, for YA comedies, there’s the classic A Cinderella Story with Hilary Duff. I don’t have anyone in mind to cast should this ever become a film, but can say one thing with certainty. This would be a perfect fit for the likes of Netflix. The story was really bland and uninteresting at some points and nothing exciting was really happening.

About Kasey

In this delightfully charming teen spin on You’ve Got Mail, the one guy Bailey Rydell can’t stand is actually the boy of her dreams—she just doesn’t know it yet. Which I did! I read ALEX, APPROXIMATELY right after reading P.S. I LIKE YOU by Kasie West, which might sound weird because it’s a really similar plot line. What can I say? Zero regrets! Change comes when Alex decides he’d like to meet Mink, and as it would happen, Mink just might be moving to Alex’s part of the world. Jenn Bennett is an American author of novels for teens and adults. Her notable works include Alex, Approximately, Starry Eyes, and The Anatomical Shape of a Heart (aka Night Owls). Her books have received critical acclaim and award recognition.

ALEX, APPROXIMATELY | Kirkus Reviews

The one guy Bailey Rydell can’t stand is actually the boy of her dreams—she just doesn’t know it yet. alex: When it’s not busy. Believe me, I’m still doing a better job than my coworker, a.k.a. the human blunt. I don’t think he’s ever NOT been high at work.

Me: I am so confused now. *looks at Brain* Heart is saying we should give it 1.5 star while you are saying that we should put it in trash because you don't want to give even one star. Simon and Schuster (July 2011). "Jenn Bennett Biography". authors.simonandschuster.com. Archived from the original on July 2, 2013 . Retrieved June 29, 2013. I liked Bailey's friend, Grace..........................I lied, I tolerated her. She's that type of friend where you'd tell her something and you'd hear it come out of someone else's mouth. Like no. What's been told to you, stays with you. Besides that, I found her pretty cool, friendly, and very nice. Also, I liked the fact that she was British and I kept reading her parts in this really posh accent.

I hate comparing books to one another. I really do. I mean, the next time I see a “the next Hunger Games” comparison I might just burn something down. Yet, I couldn’t help it with this book. While I did enjoy it, I would have liked it a lot more if I hadn’t already read Tell Me Three Things or P.S. I Like You. All three books were so incredibly similar, but I just felt like the other two did things better. (Just FYI, I totally brain farted the title of Tell Me Three Things , so I googled searched “YA waffle book” and that did help me at all) Genre: Teen & Young Adult Fiction about New Experiences, Teen & Young Adult Contemporary Romance, Teen & Young Adult Humorous Fiction
