About this deal

Hey guys ive looked at alot of threads of people using this stuff and the results look great. The one thing is cant get my head round is how you actually use this technique. Are there any tutorials for it ? Or can anyone give me some advice? It can resist entry from mice and rats and is approved by the EPA. It does take up to four hours to dry, but it is quite good at sealing up holes in the exterior. So, you should use standard insulation products for your home or for large areas that need to be covered.

I used this to bridge gaps where a fence post was built into a dividing wall and the natural movement of the wood had loosened the plaster finish. The foam bonded and set well and was easily sawn to shape ready for painting with an old saw. This will be a more permanent solution than repairing plaster with plaster. So it should be kept away from sources of heat such as certain types of lighting, electrical boxes, and outlets near the walls. I cant comment on expanding foam but Gorilla Glue is easy.Think of it as a mixture between glue and expanding foam. You spread it on the glass with an old credit card then push damp eco earth into it and within about twenty minutes it is hard.Because expanding foam filler needs a little water to properly cure, you do not have to dry the surface before applying the product. However, there are different types of expanding foam available, so you will need to consider the options.

Ive read mixed things on whether this is safe to do so due to the reaction of the foam with copper pipes and electrical cabling. So my question is whether its OK to leave it? (she's done a neat job) Or do I need to remove it so it's clear of any pipework and cabling? My wife's gone a bit crazy with the expanding foam and has sprayed around a section of the hot and cold water pipes and also a section where the Thermostat cable runs. Just like selecting the right type of paint, tool, or material, you should give the same consideration when choosing an expanding foam filler product.
