Thankfully, the process of mass-producing concentrated bone broths in either powder or liquid form does not affect the levels of proteins, vitamins or minerals contained in the final product. In fact, some have been boiled for much longer and enhanced with other ingredients you may not have access to at home. But what about the differences between the two? Made from the finest ingredients, this robust powder will add oomph to your cooking – a little will add immense depth of flavour to any dish. Liquid broth is more appropriate to use when you’re making gravy starting with pan drippings from roasts– because the pan drippings add extra flavour into the gravy.
