About this deal

If you release the foot switch straight after the first time the left LED flashed, the device will receive only at channel 1. If you release after the middle LED flashed, the device is set to channel 2. I hope you can count up to 16, because you probably need to. I should really stop doing these lists as I keep reminding myself of pedals I want! There are several I would like to add here, albeit only a couple in my top 9. I think the BluGuitar amp is really clever, but does not suit my current multi-tonal / multi-textural pedal approach necessarily. The Hexe BitCrusher is second on that list to the Iron Ether Frantabit; the JPTR FX acquisitions are a long way off; the really cool KMA Horizont is too big for my needs, but really cool at what it does; the Lehle Little Dual I don't really need either as my rig is permanently stereo; I would really like a Mini Vent 'III' with some control dials on it - instead I may try a Strymon Lex next; and finally the Nobels ODR-1 and Okko Dominator are already marked for acquisition, but not prioritised. The third mode is the midi mode in which the SGoS pedals send pc messages to control external gear as well. But we don’t need maths for pedals, but only our hearing. Some of the LEHLE pedals have a phase switch. ( P-SPLIT II, LITTLE DUAL, DUAL SGoS) No, basically not. As mentioned there are cheap buffers as a side effect of an active circuit. It’s possible that your signal won’t sound that warm but suddenly like plastic and artificial.

Two different operating modes are ready for you. You decide if you want to activate or deactivate every output individually or if you want to switch between the amps and activate the remaining one. A good ABY pedal is one of those invaluable, yet incredibly un-sexy, tools that should be in every guitarist's toolbox. Few gear nerds develop lustful feelings towards these typically unadorned little boxes, but overlooking the power of such a simple, utilitarian device is a big mistake. A: No, neither sound nor dynamics will be altered, the signal is passing the switcher without any loss in strength or frequency. We use our self-developed Lehle LTHZ transformers for this, the selection of high quality components guarantees a rich sound throughout the full frequency range. The second mode is the programmable mode (except DUAL SGoS), so you can save any combination to the foot switches.

For louder gigs, using both amps with the Little Lehle provides a bigger sound without getting into painful volume levels. Having twoseparate 12-inch speakers in separate amps working at 45w each, gives me a much bigger sound without the need for ear plugs if in close proximity to the speaker. In addition, I find that my playing in this configuration is a little more consistent. This might be because the sound is very familiar, since I play the lower power amps regularly at home when I am practicing. KMA Audio Machines contrasts by being very modern in its approach - melding together more DSP controlled effects which blend a number of secondary and tertiary functions - and well exemplified in the new all singing and dancing Horizont Stereo JFET 4-Stage Phaser. Some may see Lehle as an odd placing here, but they are most likely the Rolls-Royce or Maybach even of switching pedals, and are a breath of fresh air when compared to their many industrial looking competitors. A really innovative Berlin-based pedal-boutique run by one Enrico Preuß and responsible for some pretty unique combination effects like the Tyler Frequency Splitter and new Horizont Stereo Multispatial Phaser. Enrico is obviously a dab hand with Phasers - having produced both the Astrospurt and Horizont. There are cool Octavers and Treble Boosters and the fantastic sounding Boss HM-2 on steroids - Wurm Distortion. My main thing is though Fuzzes as usual, and there are three really cool ones of those - the Dead Stag Fuzzstortion, Fuzzly Bear Silicon Fuzz and Minos Germanium Fuzz. I really like the little details here and the graphics, the only issue I have is with some of the over-sized enclosures which make several of these pedals impractical for my pedal-chain. Players with more space available to them though should love pretty much all of these. If you have a small setup consisting of 2 devices (one sends – one receives) you don’t need to care about channels. Simply set the receiver into Omni-mode and you’re fine. If you have a big setup, you probably need to care about midi channels, because not every sent message should be responded by every device (Ask a keyboard player. They can tell you endless boring stories.).With the release of the Little Lehle III you can now combine mono and stereo signals. This will allow you to integrate an effects pedal with a mono input and stereo output into the signal path of the Little Lehle III without limitations. The LEHLE-Switch works with a microcontroller and an intelligent true bypass relay circuit with an active pop suppression function, thereby allowing the Little Lehle III to switch even faster than mechanical switches, noise free and without wear. The Little Lehle III allows you to remove effects pedals from your signal path at the press of a button. The easy-action mushroom-shaped buttons characteristic of LEHLE products are mounted in the cover, so that your foot pressure is transmitted indirectly only, via a spring. Thus the electronics board is not exposed to mechanical loads, making the LEHLE LITTLE DUAL II virtually indestructible and guaranteeing years of trouble-free switching. This post I will share some experimenting I have been doing with the Little Lehle Dual Switcher. The Little Lehle is made in Germany byLehle Gitarrentechnik, a company founded byBurkhard Georg Lehle. The company makes a line of switches and loopers that give you quiet, noise-free, switching for various configurations of amps and instruments.
