Works a treat without corroding the taps or your hands. It was recommended to me by the showroom we bought out bathroom suites from & I’ve used it for the last 6 years. I was advised by the manufacturer to put masking tape around the damaged area before using the filler to prevent over spread and oversanding on the small repair and this worked well. This advise is not included in the instructions.

Extremely competitively priced at Plumbworld. A must have for a very professional finish. Various profiles and sizes. Results were remarkable! Wife caused a small chip in our recently installed bath, with this touch up kit and a few days putting on a layer at a time there is no way you can tell where the chip was. So does anyone have any tips for using this kit? Or is there something better that the professionals use? The amazing thing was Ithat after two passes of spray, I could no longer make out where the chip had been! You can just detect a slight roughness but not see the repair at all.. The kit can be applied for up to seven average size repairs: 2 components: filling compound with hardener, spatula, sand paper for the repair of ceramic, enamel and acrylic surfaces, repair spray.

For long-lasting repairs of impact damage and flaking on washbasins, kitchen sinks, shower trays and bath tubs with enamel, ceramic (porcelain) and acrylic surfaces. This product removes water Mark's and limescale in a very gentle way, and has kept my tap and sink sparkling clean. It costs more the some other products but it's worth it. It took ages to decide to buy this product, after a mystery chip appeared in the new bath - it wasn't me guv! Bought this as one of those 'add to your basket' items when purchasing some new taps and wouldn't be without it now. All my traps look like new after using this and it's got rid of the limescale marks and residue. We live in a really hard water area and nothing usually shifts the marks but this has.Bought this as the property I bought had been rented and the taps were in a right state but I've use this three times and there starting to look like new Followed instructions to cover 2 tiny chips. Product needed to go on twice with 1 day between. Result was excellent, I struggled to find the filled in chips needed to use my finger to find them. Great job. One of my friends is a double glazier of 20 years and even he was surprised how easy Fui's are to use and the qualtiy of the finish! The only way to get a professional finish with silicone is to use this kit, forget 'wetted' fingers, masking tape and all the other rubbish that people have told you, this kit, if used correctly, will give a finish that only professional can obtain, without the mess which is normally associated with silicone. I've always used a wet finger to finish off the profile and wasted lots of sealant and paper towel. The Cramer Profiling kit works really well, it provides a very even smooth finish and allows you to patch over areas while the sealant is wet. I wish I'd bought a set years ago. It cleans off excess sealant from tiles and floor and the tools wipe off easily with newspaper and final rub with paper towel.
