About this deal

The charging speed of a Power Delivery charger will match the connected adapter’s power output, up to a maximum of 100 watts. USB-C ® Easy Charge provides 4.5-watt charging when connected to a non-Power Delivery charger, including most portable and USB Type-A to USB-C ® chargers. Some portable chargers may not support such features, depending on the configuration. With ZenBook 13 OLED’s amazing 13-hour battery life, traveling without a charger isn’t a big deal. When you do need to top up, its fast-charge feature can restore the battery to a 60% charge level in just 49 minutes, so you’ll be ready to go in no time. Getting stuff done on the go is effortless with the elegant and lightweight ZenBook 13 OLED. Its small size and big capabilities will make it your go-to device for productivity and inspiration, whether you’re inside or outside, working or relaxing, alone or collaborating. The ZenBook 13 is one of the first production laptops we’ve tested with Intel’s Tiger Lake CPUs. The Intel Core i7-1165G7 has four cores, eight threads, and a base frequency of 2.8GHz. It also uses Intel’s latest Iris Xe Graphics processor. This integrated graphics engine offers performance approaching that of an entry-level gaming laptop with a discrete GPU, and is a boon to people who prefer an ultraportable laptop but occasionally want to play games on it. The latest 11th Generation Intel® Core™ processors in ZenBook 13 make light work of multitasking, productivity and entertainment, and they're complemented by the new Intel Iris® Xe integrated graphics for superb all-round performance. ZenBook 13 also features ultrafast PCIe® 3.0 x2 SSDs and the latest Intel WiFi 6 with Gig+ (802.11ax) for superb all-round performance.

ZenBook 13 OLED has a precision-engineered ErgoLift hinge that automatically lifts the rear of the laptop slightly when it’s opened, tilting the keyboard to the optimum typing angle. This action also raises the chassis for optimized cooling and enhanced audio quality. The stated 2.8 mm width of the side bezel is the distance between the edge of the non-active screen display area and the inside edge of the case. If the case width is included, the side bezel width is 5.3 mm. Measured based on standard (anti-glare) display configuration. The top bezel width is 6.3 mm and the bottom bezel width is 10.91 mm.ZenBook 13 has a bright and clear four-sided NanoEdge display, with slim bezels that create an 88% screen-to-body ratio for a more immersive viewing experience. The low-power 1-watt display6 delivers an incredible 450nits of brightness, while maximizing battery life. Please note that all versions of NumberPad only work with the Microsoft Windows operating system, and NumberPad is optional. The ZenBook 13’s battery deserves special recognition. Though ASUS promises between 16 to 22 hours of battery life, the test unit on lower battery settings ran between 14 to 17 hours of daily use. During its PCMark 10 Battery Life test, it did a respectable 9 hours and 40 minutes. This means that it can last a full day between charges that don’t take very long. The battery usually takes a little over an hour to fully charge. Using the standard TechRadar movie test of looping local 1080p video, the ZenBook 13 delivered 11 hours and 56 minutes. That’s enough battery power for a flight from LAX to Heathrow with juice to spare. The audio system of ZenBook 13 OLED is certified by audio specialists Harman Kardon to ensure immersive, crystal-clear sound for communications or entertainment.

The testing regime includes the requirements of both military-grade standards and ASUS quality tests, and varies depending on device. MIL-STD-810H testing is conducted on selected ASUS products only. Note that the MIL-STD-810H testing helps to ensure the quality of ASUS products but does not indicate a particular fitness for military use. Similarly, the test results should not be considered an indication or guarantee of future performance under the specified test conditions. Damage occurring under these test conditions or any attempt to replicate them would be considered accidental, and would not be covered by the standard ASUS warranty. Additional coverage is available with ASUS Premium Care. ZenBook 13 OLED introduces a new edge-to-edge keyboard design. It makes space for a whole row of extra function keys on the right side of the layout, improving productivity.Rounding out its set of performance skills, the ZenBook 13 has an impressively large 67-watt-hour battery. It posted a time of just over 13 hours on our battery rundown test, which isn’t quite as good as the 15-plus hours that the XPS 13 and MacBook Air can manage on this test, but still suggests that the ZenBook 13 will last through a full day of light work without needing to be plugged in. The charging speed of a Power Delivery charger will match the connected adapter's power output, up to a maximum of [65] watts. USB-C ® Easy Charge provides 4.5 watt charging when connected to a non-Power Delivery charger, including most portable and USB Type-A to USB-C ® chargers. Some portable chargers may not support such features, depending on the configuration.

One of the most intriguing parts of the ZenBook 13’s performance capabilities are its extraordinary achievements on our 3DMark and Superpostion gaming simulations. Theaverage frame rate of 44 frames per second (fps) on Superposition at a 720p preset with low quality settings is especially impressive. Above the display, there’s an HD (720p) webcam with IR sensors that support face recognition logins via Windows Hello. Video quality is average, with a slightly noisy picture even in bright indoor lighting conditions. Maxon's CPU-crunching Cinebench R15 test, which is fully threaded to make use of all available processor cores and threads, shows similar results. Cinebench stresses the CPU rather than the GPU to render a complex image. The result is a proprietary score indicating a PC's suitability for processor-intensive workloads. ZenBook 13 has been tested to meet the ultra-demanding MIL-STD-810G U.S. military standard for reliability and durability. Tests consisted of a punishing regime designed to ensure survival in harsh environments, and included power-on drop tests and operation at extremes of altitude and temperature. ZenBook 13 has also passed ASUS laptop stress tests that far exceed the standards set by the industry. With ZenBook 13’s amazing 18-hour battery life4, traveling without a charger isn’t a big deal. When you do need to top up, its fast-charge feature can restore the battery to a 60% charge level in just 49 minutes, so you’ll be ready to go in no time. For storage there's a 512 GB NVMe SSD, aided by a 32 GB Intel® Optane™. With this swift combination you can forget all about waiting for starting up or loading times. The audio system of ZenBook 13 is certified by audio specialists Harman Kardon to ensure immersive, crystal-clear sound for communications or entertainment. Your shows will look their best on the crisp, high-resolution OLED screen. It delivers amazing colours and super-sharp contrast, so that nature documentary will look fantastic. What's more, the thin bezels mean more screen on such a compact laptop.
