About this deal

Honestly, the lavender did not make any difference during evolution. In contrast, the base sweetened by vanilla is present from the beginning, remaining throughout the evolution. I bought this fragrance when willing to chose between one of the Dolce&Gabbana scents. I found them way too heavy and peppery on my skin so I asked the assistant to show me something more fresh and sweet. After smeeling loads of perfumes I found Herrera's Rose' suprisingly fruity and joyfull. I've decided to give it a try buying a set containing also a fragranced body lotion. I think it was a great choice, my boyfriend just fell in love with this scent and he always says that he admires the way how the perume matches the natural scent of my skin and how it lasts on the pillows and bedlinen even when I'm gone. But today, literally just minutes ago, I got the best compliment from a woman I have ever had about this fragrance!

Edit: i ended up returning the perfume, as i just couldn’t find the right time to wear it, and it would make me a bit nauseous (i think because of the booziness).. UNIQUENESS: 10/10. The combination of absinthe, anise, and fennel gives this fragrance a unique touch. After about one hour of its application, loses strength and projection, leaving the fruity side and going to a softer, creamy scent. It ain't bad though it's inoffensive, at least from what I can smell but i'm pretty nose blind to this I just smell aldehydes, vodka and a bit of sweetness and menthol

Carolina Herrera 212

I think it's a sin to compare it to the traditional 212. They have different proposals since the original is fully floral and this one follows a row over energy, which began with 212 VIP (2010). But I agree that for an Eau de Parfum, the result disappoints a bit because it behaves like an Eau de Toilette. But what is that Caviar lime? Is the Citrus Australasica - a plant with citrus fruits, peculiar format and fully differentiated pulp, which looks like caviar, but does have a citrus flavor. It can have various colors and is also known as Finger lime. Yes, but a sexy shark!"... "I dunno, ... powerful but sleek, you know?... like it cuts through the air smooth to your nose but it has a massive devastating hit on you?..." Carolina Herrera VIP Rose has some notes which immediately remind me of Madonna's Truth or Dare Nude, only CH VIP Rose is much softer with a little less silage -- however an incredibly nice smelling perfume.

I like both.. they are nice scents in their own way. But neither would be a signature scent because after some time they become boring and overhelming. A youthful fragrance, it comes with a clean, carefree person, enjoying life, the champagne brings a freshness of alcohol that is enveloped by some citrus fruits, which makes it a bit cool to use on hot days (28C °) °), I could not feel the woody side that he brought, only the sweetness of the fruit with the sparkling champagne. This perfume does not have Ultra Male specs (regarding projection or sillage) but it is also not one of those fragrances that disapears completely after 1h of application. I believe that this is one of those fragrances that can be used in any casual setting because the the scent is pleasant and easily likable, so in my perspective the young crowd party setting in the promotional ads can be ignored. This is very classy, elegant, and can be worn for day or evening events. I tried this on actually at work one Friday afternoon and coworkers thought that this was most definitely "my scent" because it melted into my chemistry so well. They all thought I could easily wear it in the office. Longevity is awesome on my skin. Most probably just warm weather appropriate. Will try in winter to see how it wears, but I'm guessing the wood notes would be more pronounced. Ideal after shower, it makes you feel fresh but not perfumed, it is an aroma that only you know you are wearing and you would feel the entire day as if you just stepped out the shower.Loud and bold projection for the first 2 hours then it clings tightly to the skin, retaining its richness for many hours after. VIP is a luxurious fragrance by Carolina Herrera and a perennial favourite. It has been turning heads since 2010. Alberto Morillas is the designer behind this evocative creation. This persisting parfum lasts all day long with just a few dabs since the proportion of essences is very high. Most eau de parfums have between 15-20%. Oriental-scents, such as this one, are indulgent and warm, blending aromas such as vanilla, musk and spice together and commonly featuring an amber accord. Ideal for Twilight-Hour There's no rose in this because rosé (notice the accent mark acute) in French means pink. It refers to the pink champagne note. That note is bubbly and a bit fruity. I did for a while smell something like litchi in this, and that can be a bit "rosy" in scent. For some that think they smell rose, that might be what you're smelling. A very woody drydown with amber and musk lingers for hours. Quizás es mi pH, pero se siente como si fuese un EDT cuando ya comprobé que es original. Si este perfume es compatible con tu pH, es un perfume rico, para usarlo a diario, ya sea de día o de noche.

It's a bright, girly, uplifting scent. I get a lot of the champagne and peach and musk. Not really that sexy, complex or classy in my opinion, but still very nice. It is not a perfume that projects a lot, it is intimate, close skin, envelopes you, as the briefing describes, it is a VIP ROSÉ that reins to a VIP party, with few guests, in which not the concern to use a perfume that exhales a lot, but that is close to the skin and to feel it the person has to get close. As I touched the point, I'll give my opinion: for me, it is a mix of Polo Red Intense with Ultra Male (mainly, as soon as sprayed), with excellent projection and good durability, but almost no evolution. This fragrance smells fantastic, it is one of my favorites. I would love to wear this perfume on a daily basis but it is not powerful enough in me. Its sillage is very poor, imperceptible, others can't smell it even at your side. Of course, they can feel it if they hug you. On the skin, it lasts approximately 2 hours, and on clothes it can last up to 5 hours. Carolina Herrera 212 VIP Men EDT opens with a moderate projection of sweet, citrus, boozy, and leather accords. The opening is light, the notes are mild but recognizable, and pleasant. The lime and passionfruit create a soft fruity accord, the passionfruit is noticeable but not intense, it feels sweet and tropical; the pepper, ginger, and mind add a fresh cooling spicy touch; the vodka is the light, white-alcohol type, not bold, not intense, but boozy. The woodsy notes are soft, the leather and amber are projecting accords, the leather is a soft touch. The fragrance is very linear, all notes come up as soon as the fragrance is applied and continues into the dry-down, the only noticeable change is the projection, it goes from moderate to low. One Carolina Herrera 212 VIP Men EDT has reached its full dry-down, it can be summarized as a low projection, light vodka, gin, and passion fruit fragrance with spicy, leather, and woody accords. The fragrance feels boozy, diluted, fruity, inexpensive, soft leathery, moderate-quality, masculine, playful, short-lived, sweet, tropical, weak, woody, young, and pleasant. I actually wore it tonight, 5 sprays total, and I smelled the wafts for 3 hours....And it was awesome!

Occasion: To be used in daily basis, work, does not bother anyone, you feel clean and fresh, as fresh from the shower. If you're into Pure XS by Paco Rabanne and you like the boozy cola vibe, then this one will take you to the next level. Esta ideal para después de la ducha, si te hace sentir fresca pero no perfumada, es un aroma que solo tú sabes que estas vistiendo.except for one thing - longetivity. It's just dissolving from my skin after nearly 3 hours, I can't even sniff it off my wrists at all after that period. Not sure if it's a matter of skin pH or what, but I feel anytime i find perfumes that I love, they are evaporating in no time, while those I have hard time with (vanilla based with fruit) are there usually until the next day, am I cursed or what? I'm not worried for it's legitimacy as I bought it at trusted store. I already tried to macerate it for one month with no significant results, next step would be layering it with some molecules (not sure which will work the best, but I will try few). Maybe I just have to overspray it, not being a sissy sprayer as some Curlies say haha.
