The latest Honeywell Home Evohome Controller (ATC928G3000) marks the third generation of the Evohome Controller. Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi, it no longer requires the Honeywell Home RFG100 Mobile Access Kit for remote smart control.

V3.2 Replaced the hot water mode with the new custom thermostat mode to fix the wording. Also removed the deprecated refresh capability from both the zone and hot water thermostats to avoid them from showing up in the automation options.

I HOPE I MADE SOMEONE’S DAYNone of this makes any sense, as I swapped the guest bed HR92 with another room in my initial testing and the fault still stayed with that room, which suggested a central controller or RF fault. I can now rule out an RF fault as I'm seeing the error when the HR92 is just feet from the controller. A controller fault with that particular zone is now looking less and less likely, as I'm still seeing a comms error even after creating a new zone.
