There are a fair amount of layers to this 12 year old whisky starting with the aroma: dark honey, cereal, citrus, and vanilla. The finish is as long as your arm, with spice, ginger, lingering Seville oranges and even a suggestion of vanilla. Drinks will be chilled in 30-45 minutes and will be kept cold for several hours, especially if kept in the shade.
