Unlike a traditional mod wheel, it’s fairly easy to brush past the strip and accidentally turn modulation on. In the keyboard section, pitch bend and modulation appear as touch strips, with pitch bend ‘spring’ back to a zero value as you’d traditionally expect. Overall, I think there is so much overlap between the Pro and Syntakt, that you should be good money with just the 37.
