This is the true story of one man’s battle to recover from horrific injuries sustained in a terrible accident while trying to fulfill an ambition of becoming a pilot. His efforts were futile as the flames engulfed his two-person cockpit with him only wearing shorts and a T-shirt.

The word "miracle" was working its way around my mind and when the nurses and doctors and visitors came to see me, the word was even being uttered in one form or another. After more than 60 operations to recover from his life-changing injuries, he has worked extraordinarily to rebuild his life – taking on several major challenges in support of Help for Heroes, including the London Marathon, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and the gruelling Race Across America. Jamie Hull, motivational speaker, adventurer and former British Army Reservist, was thirty-two when his life changed forever.
