About this deal
This is something that, as a plantsman, I am particularly engaged by and would have liked to see even more of, especially through the seasonal chapters. In the early ‘90s, the now-ubiquitous method of separating the male and female plants to avoid pollination was unknown to many growers in the Western world. Green’s reference-oriented marijuana grow book is perhaps the most thorough guide to the art and science of growing cannabis currently on the market. There are chapters on saving your own seed, propagation, multisowing, spacing for all common vegetables, methods of harvesting and how they influence growth, watering (both when and how much) and using covers for warmth as well as pest protection.

We think these are some of the greatest cannabis books out there, but there might have been a couple that we miss. DJ Short has a thoughtful, caring approach to gardening, and offers advice on how to maximize flavor and quality with minimal environmental impact, rather than focusing primarily on potency and yield as many grow guides do.Beautifully crafted by a first-rate teacher able to convey his in-depth understanding, passion, and knowledge, The Regenerative Grower’s Guide to Garden Amendments will inspire many growers to embark on a never-ending journey of discovery; to grow nutrient-dense food by creating an abundance of healthy ecosystems in the garden.
We eagerly await your feedback, hoping that you'll find it appealing and will generously share your thoughts and recommendations. He played a prominent role in disseminating cultivation techniques first used in the Netherlands — and subsequently switched to organic growing.
