Yubari King Melon: Often touted as the most expensive fruit, the yubari melon is a cross between two cantaloupe varieties and grown near Yubari City in Japan. Midori ( ミドリ) is a sweet, bright green-colored liqueur made by Suntory, flavored with Yubari and muskmelon. Useful for making spectacular green cocktails, Midori is a versatile liqueur that pairs well with a variety of flavors. Like other varieties of melons, it contains 90% water, which makes it a very refreshing and low-calorie fruit. Other recipes pair it with vodka, rum, or tequila, and Midori is an interesting addition to whiskey cocktails.

Melon flavoured liquor with a striking green colour, perfect for mixing cocktails which you want to stand out!

The alcohol content has also softened, and today it rests at 20 percent alcohol by volume (40 proof). Midori Melon is a premium liqueur with Japanese heritage and is created using fresh Japanese Yubari and Musk melons to give its refreshing, sweet taste. Although Hermes Melon Liqueur was released by Suntory in Japan in 1964, it was renamed "Midori" for its release to the US market at Studio 54 in New York City in 1978 during a party held by the cast, crew, and producers of Saturday Night Fever.Nothing in these terms of sale affects your statutory rights (including your right to receive a refund in respect of any defective product we sell to you).
