This is the only all-metal warehouse in the BT complex, which experienced the greatest fluctuations in temperature as a result, causing the barrels within to have greater interaction between spirit and wood. He thought back fondly to his time as an apprentice for legendary Colonel Blanton, and how he would maintain his own special reserve for himself as to serve to guests. The horse and jockey atop the bottle stoppers are now a recognized trademark of Blanton’s Single Barrel Bourbon.

The single-barrel Bourbon, is soft with an amber colour and rich, perfumed aromas and flavours of spicy dried citrus peel, caramel, burnt sugar and honey.
