Bagi Rudeus sendiri sosok Roxy memiliki arti yang besar bagi dirinya. Hal tersebut dikarenakan sosok Roxy-lah yang pada akhirnya mampu menghilangkan rasa trauma yang dimiliki Rudeus. Trauma tersebut tidak lepas dari pengalaman buruk yang ia alami di kehidupan sebelumnya yakni berupa bullying dan penghinaan berat yang membuatnya menjadi seorang neet dan tidak mau lagi keluar dari rumah. Namun, Roxy mampu memutus rantai trauma tersebut dengan mampu mengajak Rudeus keluar rumah untuk pertama kalinya. Melalui pertemuan inilah, keduanya menjadi teman. Rudeus juga menjadi seorang guru sihir bagi Sylphy dengan mengajarkan sihir tanpa suara yang merupakan andalannya sedari kecil. Pertemanan kedua bocah ini sempat sedikit retak karena kesalahpahaman yang terjadi. Pada awalnya, Rudeus menduga bahwa Sylphy adalah seorang anak laki-laki melihat rambutnya yang pendek. Namun dugaan tersebut ternyata salah besar dan Sylphy adalah seorang anak perempuan. Upřímně nevím, jestli hlavní postava má být prostě neskutečné hovado odtrhnuté od reality, co na nic jiného nemyslí, a my máme sledovat jeho osobnostní proměnu, nebo je autor jenom frustrovaný nadržený nerd, který si formou literatury plní své pochybné choutky. Minimálně v téhle první knize nebylo po tom prvním ani stopy, jenom hodně velice pochybného „humoru“ a objektifikace žen společně s oplzlostí, za kterou by se ani hospodští posedové nestyděli. Pevně doufám, že je to jenom autorův pokus o to dát hlavní postavě nějaké vady, aby nebyla úplně perfektní. Prosím. What I like about this story over other isekai is that not only does Rudy have memories of his past life but along with that he has the same mental issues like his fear of going outside. He is still the person he was bur at the same time you can see him make efforts to be better, and even though he fails a lot, you cant help admire the work he puts in. I do not recommend this light novel/web novel, both the author and its main character Rudeus Grayrat are modest, underachievers, wimps, cowards. #FAIL

Overall, even though they had redemptation arcs, male characters are unlikeable as most of them are portrayed as perverts or cheaters and female characters seem to mostly exist for fanservice and to fall for the MC. I also cant take the romance seriously because how weird all the pairings are. The events of two years are highlighted in the volume. Rudeus uses the Rodos company and his figurine production to spread the news about the upcoming war with Laplace. Cliff and Rudeus graduate from the university. Norn and Aisha have a party to celebrate their coming of age. Cliff decides to return to Milishion to take a position of power within the Milis religion. Rudeus also receives a letter from Zenith's mother, demanding they travel to Milis. Together, Rudeus, Aisha, Zenith, and Cliff arrive within the city walls. Unlike The Beginning After the End, the MC isn’t overpowered here. Sure, the main character, Rudeus, has all the elemental magic and is a talented mage, but we find Rudeus struggling in more situations than he prevails. Another awesome things is seeing the way Rudeus working for his powers, unlike most isekai heroes. He reads books, practices his spell casting, and works on his sword-fighting technique. It’s not like he was reborn as a god. There are plenty of times he is too weak to win a fight. He's also a imperfect main character; lots of characters here are imperfect actually to the point it kinda makes you hate them, kinda makes them great because a few of them have great redemption arcs.Fitts' monologue reveals her identity to be Sylphiette, whose hair has turned white following the teleportation incident.
