It is what you care about that drives your happiness and what you are willing to overcome that drives the value in anything in your life. Well, if I had received any help from this book, that would be with 'not giving a f*ck' about this book, and move on. As Bunk Moreland said in The Wire (which, fuck you, I still downloaded) to his partner Detective McNulty: “That’s what you get for giving a fuck when it wasn’t your turn to give a fuck. I found that this book contained mostly opinions, with a few hidden facts chucked in for good measure. It encourages self-reflection and introspection, prompting you to reevaluate what truly matters to you.Very easy to read, not a chore or not like a text book on self help that i would have expected as a first time reader of anything like this. Though Manson and his narrator at times try too hard to succeed, the audio delivers enough worthwhile ideas to make it useful.
