The two-hundredth anniversary of the Headless Horseman's legendary haunting of Sleepy Hollow is approaching, but Kat van Tassel wants nothing to do with the town's superstitious celebrations. I feel like Serena would have had to map out all the villains’ tales’ way ahead of time to tie them together so smoothly.

James was a lost boy for all of six days after falling from his pram as a child, only for his mother to claim him on the seventh day before he could stay there permanently as a boy. Shorts and Specials: The Walt Disney Christmas Show • Reading Magic with Figment and Peter Pan • You Can Fly!Read more about the condition New: A new, unread, unused book in perfect condition with no missing or damaged pages. If I'm being honest, this was a frustratingly slow starter for me compared to the other stories I've read in the series. Ici, on retrouve un James qui a vécu quelques jours au Pays Imaginaire étant enfant et qui n’a qu’un désire en tête : y retourner. Struggling to hang on to the deep, pure love she's found within her marriage to her husband, Jonathan, she is inexorably drawn into a secret, passionate affair with a charismatic but dangerous lover.

Now, Rose has found her happily ever after with Charles - until a sudden storm destroys his ship and he is presumed dead. The story wasn’t gripping my attention anymore in the same way, the plot was slow moving and while I loved James (we get to that), I missed him interacting with his crew. The ties that Serena Valentino can create between all the Disney villains is just such perfect artistry. Definitely not my favourite story in the series, but it ended up being a worthwhile inclusion in the overall story of the sisters.Maybe I'd have enjoyed the stuff about the Kingdoms and Odd Sisters and all that more if I'd read the other books. She loves her family—jovial King Fergus, proper Queen Elinor, the mischievous triplets—and her peaceful kingdom. She wasn't the entire reason why Hook went to Neverland but she did have a hand in it by cursing his boot buckles.

As he grows up, he hates his life in London, and everything to do with growing up and eventually becoming a gentleman. Damn, this time I really felt for the title character, as James sails straight into his doomed fate and becomes the treacherous Captain Hook.Little does he know that his dreams are falling right into the hands of the Odd Sisters, witches who have been sowing chaos throughout the worlds and creating villains everywhere.

Her parents are gone, and her sister, Elsa - the only person who might show her an ounce of love - is cold and distant. James’ sense of fulfilling his dreams becomes so distorted that one cannot pinpoint exactly where he loses his way.Now she has a chance to alter her destiny and prove what ugly stepsisters have always known: it takes more than heartache to break a girl. Ever since the day the forest fell, Arendellians have despised and distrusted Northuldra with a vengeance.
